In order to facilitate that all IMCD employees, including members of the Management Board, comply with its values and ethics, IMCD has implemented an Internal Alert Procedure in its organisation. This procedure enables IMCD employees worldwide to report any suspected irregularities regarding applicable IMCD principles, or any other issues or misconduct that concern IMCD as a whole, a respective local subsidiary or any employee.
In addition, IMCD maintains a global hotline to support its Internal Alert Procedure. The hotline is available 24/7 to report any ethics concerns or breaches and is also open to reports by third party stakeholders.
