Our Leadership
Management Board members
Under the guidance and supervision of a Supervisory Board, IMCD’s Management Board is responsible for designing and achieving the company’s objectives and strategy. In overseeing the day-to-day operations, the Management Board is supported by an Executive Committee, whose members serve as a sounding board, make recommendations and provide guidance and support on strategy implementation. The non-Management Board members on the Executive Committee also take an active role in promoting and shaping the company’s culture across the organisation.
